Some items may be handcrafted, produced in limited quantities, or sourced from small makers as it is our aim to create a carefully selected unique collection rather than just adding items available. As a result, certain orders may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Multiple-Item Orders

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

If part of your order has arrived, we kindly ask that you allow a little extra time for the remaining items to be delivered.

Delivery Delays

We will investigate the situation and, if the item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging.

Any replacement, refund, or compensation will apply only to the affected item(s) rather than the entire order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
